Due to the development of technology, we are addicted to social media, and sitting quietly with closed eyes has become a challenging task. The thoughts that arise are not influenced by our mindset, but rather by what we encounter while browsing the internet. Therefore, it is essential to monitor our online activities. Our minds often prioritize looking at our mobile phones over other tasks.
Sit in a serene place to calm your mind. If you can sit down, place the yoga mat and sit down. If you are unable to sit down, then sit in a chair. Sitting down either in the padmasana pose or the vajrasana pose is advisable. I used to sit in a padmasana pose, which is comfortable for me.

I begin my meditation session for 15 minutes in the morning, evening, and night before hitting the bed.
The meditative mind makes us calm and relieves stress and anxiety. While meditating, observe the breath. Then increase the timing gradually.

Otherwise, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and observe the breath.
The divine within you will guide you to insights, and you may also visualize certain images. However, there’s no need to be specific about what you visualize, and you shouldn’t worry if you find it difficult to create images in your mind.
