Preparation for 2 persons
Ingredients required :
Cloves – 4
Ginger -small pieces
turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
salt -1/4 teaspoon or
Honey – 1/4 teaspoon
lemon peels -half-sliced lemon [ take the juice to keep it separate]
cinnamon – small bark {optional}
How to prepare:
Take 3 cups of water, and add the above ingredients. Let it boil for 5 – 10 minutes. Filter it. Add the lemon juice. Drink it. Awesome. The spiciness in cloves and cinnamon. Also, the taste of lemon is awesome.!!!
If you need you can add cinnamon. But cinnamon makes your body overheat. so I avoid it as I live in a tropical climate. But you can use it if you like it.
