Pranayama Benefits

Generally, I avoid gettogether, friends meetup or going to hotels since I have high hypertension I avoid taking salt-rich foods like Pickles, Pappad, and fried items. I was health conscious but the incidents happened in my life made me take medications for hypertension. Once I was in my brother’s place we went to malls, shopping and then came to Paramedical station. Both my brother and his wife check their blood pressure and I was reluctant to check my Blood pressure. As I have to travel to India in the same week, as I have the records of high BP. But my brother insisted and advised me to take a long breath and exhale. I sat there did for 5 Minutes inhaling and exhaling. To my surprise, the number was 130/90. I have the numbers only above 150/100.
After coming to India, jetlag period was over I started to research about Pranayama and I was amazed to read the Pranayama benefits. Then with proper Guru, I started doing Pranayama by God’s grace.

Pranayama Benefits

( My experience)
1. I became active – Whenever I feel tired I started to do Pranayama (take deep breathe and then exhale.)
2. No Giddiness
3. Constant Weight loss.
4. stress-free. No tension.
Time Duration: Morning 30 rounds
Evening 15 -20 rounds.
