How to use Kalonji to control diabetic

Kalonji – 100gms

Methi seeds or fenugreek seeds-100 gms

omam or Ajwain -50 gms

Jeeragam or Cumin seeds-50 gms

Dry roast each spices separately and grind it together. This kalonji powder should be taken in early morning preferably empty stomach and at night time before going to bed.

Kalonji seeds sometimes produce heat so first take one cup of warm water and add 1 teaspoon of kalonji powder and if it suits you well you can take it daily.  To alleviate heat you can take curd or yoghurt, cucumber juice or salad.
